Overview:

This course is to train and certificate persons in the correct use of AED's in accordance with the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines. It is suitable for anyone who has access to an AED and may respond to a cardiac arrest situation or for general interest.

Content

· Treatment of an unconscious casualty.

· Resuscitation.

· Electrical conductivity of the heart

· Heart attacks.

· Getting to know the AED (any type)

· Operating the AED
